January was a busy month at the studio, and the vibes were high! Thank you all for bringing your best energy to class, it truly makes a difference 🤍 Let’s keep it going in February!
🗓️ CLASS SCHEDULE
My schedule stays the same, save for a few changes on Wednesday evenings: the 5pm class is now a Reformer: Everything 🌀 and the Reformer: Sculpt 🔥 has been moved down to 7pm. Reformer: Powerhouse ⚡️ remains at 6pm.
Note on bookings: Classes are now available to book up to 30 days ahead of time. As you know, some classes are consistently waitlisted, so please book your spot when the classes become available - I’m still operating on a first-come, first-served basis. You can always cancel up to 12 hours before any given class. As for waitlisted classes, know that people often cancel ahead of time, so don’t shy away from putting your name down on a waitlist. More often than not, you’ll make it in! For the time being, everyone on the waitlist will receive an email if a spot opens up, and you will have to confirm your attendance to reserve the spot.
🌟 NEW-ISH DAYTIME CLASSES
I’ve had many of you ask for weekday daytime classes in the fall! I’ve added a few in January, in case you missed my previous communications:
Essentrics Tone 💪 on Wednesdays at 12h
Reformer: Sculpt 🔥 on Thursdays at 11h
Reformer: Everything 🌀 on Thursdays at 12h
👨💻 VIRTUAL CLASS EVERY TUESDAY
Join me virtually every Tuesday at 8h (EST) for a 50min Essentrics Tone workout on Zoom! It’s a challenging all-level workout - I meet you wherever you are in your fitness journey, and can work with different levels all at once. I give feedback to all students just as if it were an in-studio class. It’s a great option if you work from home or if you can’t get to my in-studio classes. Essentrics instructors are also welcome! Your 1st class is 10$ only - book here.
🐣 PILATES NEWBIES
“Where should I start?” is one of the most common questions I receive! If you’ve never done Pilates or experienced a Reformer class, I recommend starting with Reformer: Lengthen 🦒, which focuses on gentle strengthening & deep stretching, or Everything 🌀, which is my all-level flow! It’s a tad spicier, though 🌶️. Your 1st class is 10$ only - book here.
Lengthen 🦒: Tuesdays 7pm & Saturdays 12pm.
Everything 🌀: Tuesdays 5pm, Wednesdays 5pm, Thursdays 12pm & Saturdays 11am.
👯♀️ PRIVATES & SEMI-PRIVATES
I have a couple of spots left in my schedule for drop-in or recurring privates/semi-privates in-studio or online in February. If you want to brush up on some technique, learn to work around an injury or condition, organize a fun activity with your friends, or simply want to train with me, please send me a request via email here, or respond directly to this newsletter to get the conversation started.
