Hi all,
In the winter of 2024, when my studio rent went up significantly, I made a small price adjustment and absorbed some of the additional costs to avoid making a big jump all at once.
Since then, I’ve continued to invest heavily in my training and education so that I can bring you the highest quality of teaching possible. My goal has always been to keep classes small, personal, and emphasize quality over quantity. I hope you’ve been enjoying this!
To keep offering this sustainably, class pricing will be updated starting Monday, September 15th. Please see below the new price list.

1 Class: $36 → $40
5 Pack: $165 → $180 ($36/class)
10 Pack: $300 → $330 ($33/class)
20 Pack: $540 → $580 ($29/class)

1 Class: $27 → $30

*Please note: the membership minimum commitment will increase to 3 months.
💡 Lock In The Current Membership Price
If you start a membership before September 15, or if you currently have an active membership, your current monthly rate will be honored until December 31, 2025. Your membership price will automatically be adjusted to the new rate in January 2026. The membership renews one month after the first class you attend, so feel free to purchase one here, and activate it later to lock in the old price.

To ensure all members can access classes, I’ll be capping the number of memberships—there are only a few memberships left!
🔄 A Note On Class Pack Expiry
As a former athlete, I’ve always believed consistency with any movement practice is essential. Longer expiries might seem convenient, but in my experience, they often lead to sporadic attendance, and unused credits. My expiry windows encourage you to keep your momentum while still offering flexibility for life’s curveballs.
⏳ A Reminder On Extensions
Extensions are not offered, except for serious injuries or extenuating health circumstances, or if I take some time off and do not find a replacement. Please keep in mind the package expiry dates when purchasing, and remember that you can always invite a guest using your credits, or transfer remaining credits to a friend.

Fall to me has always felt like a time of renewal, maybe even more so than the new year! I’ve been reflecting on the progress and growth of this community, in parallel to the evolution of my practice over the last few years, and realized it was time for a little change. I’ve kept some of my signature class names, but you will notice many upgrades. The new class types will debut as of September 2nd.
Mat Classes
🤸 Pilates – A grounding class that blends classical and contemporary Pilates. Expect precise, intentional movement that strengthens your core, improves alignment, and balances your whole body from the inside out.
💧 Embody – My signature, sweatier take on mat work—blending Pilates, barre, and functional training into a full-body challenge. With dynamic flows and creative sequencing, this class will leave you sweaty, strong, and energized.
Reformer Classes
🦒 Lengthen – Find your inner giraffe with this full-body rebalancing reformer workout, designed to equally stretch and strengthen every part of your body (not just your neck!), leaving you taller, freer, and more at ease.
🌀 Everything – My signature flow blending contemporary and classical technique. Expect a deliberate mix of strength and mobility, delivered through seamless transitions that leave you energized, inspired, and free in your body.
⚡️ Dynamic – A lively, full-body workout that blends strength, mobility, and flow. Expect variety, seamless transitions, and a just-right challenge to keep your body moving and your energy high.
💥 Athletic – Fast, fiery, and focused. This class challenges your body’s ability to move with power, stamina, and control—elevating your athletic performance and pushing you beyond your limits toward mastery.
🎯 Advanced – For seasoned movers ready to dive deeper into the Pilates repertoire. This highly technical class emphasizes precision, refined control, and advanced variations that challenge both body and mind.
❤️🔥 Slow Burn – Controlled, intentional, and spicy. This class is designed to strengthen, lengthen, and burnnn your full body at a mindful (if not grueling) pace—the magic happens when you slow things down!
🦾 Strength – Where Pilates meets strength training. This class combines traditional Pilates principles with strength-building techniques to help you build muscle, increase power, and gain control through intentional, full-body movement.
